Overview

From "I hate GA4" to a live Velora dashboard — the short path.

Get started

Velora is built around one site record. That record owns your tracking key, domains, exclusions, and revenue connections.

The six moves

  1. Add a website — URL in, site record out.
  2. Confirm the stack — Shopify, Next.js, WordPress, Lovable, or generic.
  3. Install the tracker — paste a snippet, or give the AI prompt to your coding agent.
  4. Verify — open your site; Velora waits for a real event.
  5. Connect revenue — Shopify orders and/or Stripe payments.
  6. Operate — KPIs, live feed, pages, geo, funnel.

What you get after install

  • Live visitors (pulse, not a stale report)
  • Page + product + cart + checkout signals
  • Paid orders merged into the same stream
  • Named visitors (quirky animal names you can rename)
  • Filters that answer "was TikTok worth it today?"

Speed rules

  • First useful answer: under 5 seconds on the dashboard ("is today good?").
  • Setup target: about 30 seconds for a script paste; Shopify connect is a few clicks more.
  • Script size: ~2 KB, async, no cookie-banner tax for basic first-party tracking.
