Start at the top. Stop when it works.

No events at all

1. View source on the live URL — is tracker.js there?
2. Do data-velora-key and data-velora-site-id match Settings exactly?
3. Purge CDN / host cache. Hard refresh.
4. Disable adblocker for a second. Still dead? CSP may be blocking — proxy the script.
5. Primary domain in Settings must match the host you opened.

Events exist, revenue does not

1. Is Shopify / Stripe actually Connected in Settings?
2. Was the order paid (not pending)?
3. Stripe without metadata → purchase may appear unattributed — wire metadata.
4. Shopify after a domain/tunnel change → Reconnect.

Numbers feel inflated

1. Duplicate installs (theme + GTM + leftover script)?
2. Staging host allowed into the prod site?
3. Your own IP not excluded?
4. Check live feed badges — Bot / You tell on the crowd.

Numbers feel too low

1. Script only on the homepage?
2. Cross-domain checkout dropping identity? Allow the hosts.
3. Aggressive path exclusions eating real pages?
4. Looking at a range that is not "today" while expecting live?

Live feed is quiet but KPIs move

You are probably in History mode (range does not include now). Flip to Today.
